You don’t need or want a lawyer messing with this as they will charge unnecessary fees. You need to go with a company that specializes in allowing you to get a lump sum out of your settlement. Most of these companies will do this with no fee to you other then they discount the lump sum in order to cover there cost and risks like inflation.
