How do i get into the mutual fund industry on operations side without any industry experience. I live in NJ, USA and I have 6 years of retail banking experience but no mutual fund experience.
Please let me know.

You will have to start off in an entry level position and work your way up. It helps if you have a college degree or a designation such as CFP or CFA.

If you can’t get a position in entry level, look at positions within the company that might be a lower level to what your used to, such as clerical or janitorial. Most companies hire from within, so it might be your way to get your foot in the door.
