Annuity Calculators
Calculating annuity cash flows?

If you put up $20,000 today in exchange for a 8.5 percent, 12 year annuity, what will the annual cash flow be?

I’m using a financial calculator, I am just having a problem setting it up as the annual cash flow bit throws me off…is it asking for future value then?

It’s a PV of an Annuity problem: 20,000=Pmt*PVA(r=.085, n=12). 20,000 = (1-(1/1.08^12))/.085 = Pmt*7.344686. Pmt = 20000/7.344686 = 2723.06
